Served at your own pace overlooking the Pacific. Smoked salmon toast, burrata with tomato confit, traditional gallo pinto, eggs Benedict, or house-baked French toast with guava and strawberries. 7:00 – 10:30 AM.

Lunch

Fresh ceviches from the day's catch, tropical fruits, bright citrus, coastal classics — plantains, cassava — and shareable plates. 12:00 – 5:00 PM.

Dinner
